Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully received.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Other Cities and Towns: 6–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, Lunark may offer free shipping promotions. Such offers will be clearly communicated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Delivery

Lunark is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

- Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
- Delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the package to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible cases will be handled according to our 7-Day Replacement Policy.
International Shipping
Currently, Lunark ships only within India, unless otherwise stated on our website.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Please note that Lunark does not offer refunds. Eligible issues are covered under our 7-Day Replacement Policy.
