7-Day Replacement Policy

At Lunark, we offer a 7-day replacement policy for eligible products. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  1. The replacement request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  3. All original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoices must be included.
  4. Clear photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification.

Products Eligible for Replacement

A replacement will be provided if:

  1. You received a damaged product.
  2. You received the wrong product.
  3. The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Products Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement requests may be declined if:

  1. The request is made after 7 days of delivery.
  2. The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  3. The original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.
  4. The issue is caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  4. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the replacement process.
  5. After the returned item passes inspection (if applicable), the replacement product will be dispatched.

Shipping

  1. If the replacement is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Lunark will bear the applicable replacement shipping costs.
  2. If inspection finds that the product is not eligible for replacement, the request may be rejected.
