7-Day Replacement Policy
At Lunark, we offer a 7-day replacement policy for eligible products. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The replacement request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoices must be included.
- Clear photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification.
Products Eligible for Replacement
A replacement will be provided if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Products Not Eligible for Replacement
Replacement requests may be declined if:
- The request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- The original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.
- The issue is caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Replacement Process
To request a replacement:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for the replacement process.
- After the returned item passes inspection (if applicable), the replacement product will be dispatched.
Shipping
- If the replacement is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Lunark will bear the applicable replacement shipping costs.
- If inspection finds that the product is not eligible for replacement, the request may be rejected.
